Joey Mariathas

Director

Joey began with obtaining his degree in accounting and finance in his home city of London, which naturally led on to a professional career in Banking. Having excelled in the financial industry, he moved his career focus towards the property market. With over 7 years of experience in the Property Industry, working Off-plan and Residential sales, both in the UK and the Middle East, Joey co-founded the Ashmont Group and is a valued partner in the organisation, managing growth aspects and the financial arm of the business.

Muhammad Nasir

Director

Mohammed, the founding member of Ashmont, started his journey with his degree in Architectural Technology. After fulfilling his childhood dream of acquiring his higher education, Mohammed moved over to bigger challenges by moving to the Middle East. As a consultant in both Off-plan Investments and moving onto Mortgage Consultancy, Mohammed began creating the blueprints of what Ashmont Group is today. Mohammed manages the Group’s core focuses and oversees the management of the business.

Russell Choudhury

Director

With over 15 years of experience in the property industry and a property investor himself, Russ has established himself in the heart of London, moving down from the North. Russ’s expertise lies in dealing in High-Net-Worth individuals (HNWI) and handling portfolios of multi-million-pound level developments. As a Managing Partner for the firm, Russ manages the global exposure of Ashmont, whilst handling all corporate needs from other organisations.
